191 + 87 Weeks

Arley had a sick day this week and spent the day in his pyjamas.  He started the day by throwing up all over the floor and then sat in my lap for almost an hour, which I think is the longest he has ever sat still in his whole life.  Other than that day though, he has had a good week, with lots of talking and new words.  He loves to play with Playdoh, and he loves to read, and he likes to walk around reciting his abc's, and he can get to p before he gets a little lost.  He is going through a very needy time, and he is really clingy with me at the moment, and cries when I leave the room.

Carmie is doing well, learning lots at school and loving it.  She even asked me if she could go to school on Friday, because "school is fun".  Her teacher told me that she is worried about Carmie being bored at school, because she is quite advanced beyond the other children with her reading and shapes recognition, etc.  Carmie has two more years before she goes off to kindergarten, and her teacher is a little at a loss as to she will do with Carmie into next year.  I guess it's not the worst problem to have, but I do hope they keep her busy.  She had a good week, and even got in a play date with her friend Cassie.

Playdoh time.

 I resorted to tv too, which I rarely do.  Boy did it make my morning easier!
