This week has been fairly ordinary, with no illnesses and no dramas, just the way I like it. Both Carmen and Arley have had some trips to the farm, and I have begun painting again (always a bit difficult to get back into it, but I have made one painting I quite like). I had a couple of days alone with both the kids, and while it is full on, it is not as bad as I thought, mostly because Carmen behaves like an angel when it is just the three of us. We take long walks with Arley in the sling, and they are both kind enough to go down for naps at the same time :) I think Arley is a really big baby - he is getting weighed and measured at his three month check-up, but he seems like a monster baby. He doesn't like to be held much, he would much rather have a lie down on his mat and have a play with his hanging toys. This works out very well, because Carmen is very demanding. In fact, she is crying for me right now...
That is a turkey on Arley's belly, and yes, that is turkey poo.
