166 +62 Weeks

Despite the lovely photos below, this week has been a week from hell!  All was fine until Sunday, which was Father's Day here.  Carmie celebrated by coming down with croup, and spent the day in bed and the evening in the hospital.  So she was out of action for a few days.  Then Arley had two days of fever, and was totally miserable.  All the while, I have a horrible cold that I cannot kick.  No fun being sick with two sick kids.  However, I think we are all on the mend now.  Yesterday I took the kids for a hair cut.  It was Carmen's first time, and she was very worried that they were going to cut her curls off.  On the way there she asked me if she would look funny, and then told me if she had hair like me she would cry!  On a good note, we had some beautiful warm spring days this week, so we have been able to get out more.  On most days Arley only has one nap now, so that gives us a bit more freedom.  House arrest is over!

Arley learnt how to use our backyard slide this week:

Bath time fun with Arley, poor guy.
