Arley has been rather fussy this week, with some more teeth coming through, but the good news is that the kids are playing together more and more. Arley is learning to run, so they take great pleasure in running around the house together. We had a couple of gorgeous days this week, and I am so thankful that spring has arrived. I can't wait until we can keep our doors open and the kids can go into the backyard for a play at all hours. They have so much energy, being cooped up is no good for them.
It has been a great month for me art-wise. I sold four paintings from the gallery, several print reproductions, and a large painting via Saatchi Art that is headed all the way to New York. I can't really ask for more than that, especially during one of the slowest months of the year. It is getting harder and harder to work around the kids, and we can't wait for their grandparents to come back from Thailand. I take Arley to school with Carmie for drop offs and pick ups, hoping he will get acclimated bit by bit, but I'm not quite ready to leave him there for the day yet. I am trying to wait until he is two, but that seems like a very long way off!
