This week I have been sick with a cold :( Which leads me to believe that Arley was worse than I thought last week, which explains his horrible behaviour. He has been quite a bit better this week, thank goodness, because I don't think I could have handled him, the way I have been feeling. We didn't do too much this week. Sunday was a lovely day - we celebrated Lolo and Dida's 34th wedding anniversary with them, by joining them at Cupitt's Winery for lunch. The weather was perfect and the kids were chill, so we all had a good time. We also went fruit picking at our friend Mark's house, and the kids spent a day at the farm We have reorganised our family room - days worth of work - and it is so much more usable now. The kids have also started playing with each other a little more, and have discovered a new game we call Cushion Crash - piling every cushion we have in the house into a giant cushion mountain, and jumping off the couch into it. It's such a good way to get their energy out when it's cold and rainy (like it has been for the past few days), and such good sensory play for Arley.
So, I'm ready for my cold to be gone and to get busy again next week :)
